DANCE : Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi, Andhra Natyam and Kathak

The competitions are held separately for Seniors ( 16 to 22 years), Juniors ( 11 to 15 years ) and Sub-juniors ( 6 to 10 years).

The organising committee provides free hospitality to all the out- station participants and their troupes.

This has been claimed to be unique in the country, covering so many disciplines and conducted on this scaple and noted for the very high standards of conduct and fairness.

During the competitions not only the Chairman of the 8 day Festival Committee is honoured, but also noted Gurus in the fields of Music and Dance are felicitated for their contribution to arts.
